So there is a possibility that mental health will return to the asylum. The new laws enabling psychiatrists to lock up those with a "potential" for violence mean that before too long huge establishments will spring up (probably in the North of England, maybe Wales) and be very quickly overrun with overmedicated individuals with a diagnosis of "untreatable personality disorder".
Is this a knee-jerk response to recent killings?
Are the clever chappies who came up with "care" in the community saying WHOOPS?
