Quite interesting, didn't know about Linda McCartney.

"The aesthetic of those movies was a huge source of inspiration, feeding into our music and artwork. Morrissey's never really been given full credit for that"

I'm sure it's been mentioned once or twice.

Wasn't the cancelled Wogan appearance to promote "That Joke..", in which case the timeline seems wrong.

Nice -- he's got his own way with words. I believe there'll be another Morrissey/Marr song one day..

Johnny Marr is the nicest bloke around. Whenever you hear him speak or read an article such as that you have to think that Morrissey was the luckiest man alive to find JM.

Certain people need to get over emselves....

Johnny comes across as intelligent, interesting and likeable for sure. Just seems like a decent guy. It's pretty disappointing that the chance of a future collaboration (a few songs or a full cd) with Moz and Marr is unlikely. We all lose out (particularly M and J.M.) Oh well. (we're sadly stuck with Tobias).
