Italian tour - airports?

Could some kind soul let me know what airports would be handiest for the gigs on the Italian tour? Sadly I am not familiar with these places (Zafferana?!?) and I'm having trouble negotiating my way around airline tickets...

Also, how is the train service these days? Still on time or... sorry, bad joke.

Zafferana Etnea's closest airport is Catania, flights to Catania are usually a bit more expensive than most places so you might be better off at one of the other gigs.

I'm from the US & did a little research & found most gigs are around major cities...Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), Napoli, Zafferana Etna (Catania), Roma, Bollate (Milan) and Codroipo (Venice). The only problem now is finding a way to the venue from the airports. I'm planning on going to the last three shows in Italy...Sicily is too costly.
