Deano playing Live8

I just read a roster of the bands playing the Tokyo Live8 concert: Good Charlotte was listed.

I'm disturbed by how long Deano has been with this band.
I fear he is becoming tainted.

I saw a bit of their performance on MTV.

They showed very little of him to know how he was looking, and to me, Good Charlotte's music sounded so crappy, I couldn't tell if Deano was playing well or not.
