If the rumors about Moz and Marr end up being true and they actually recorded together again what would they call themselves? Do they still have the right to call themselves the Smiths after that big dirty lawsuit? Would they even want to? Would Marr be content to let just play under Morrissey's name? Any thoughts?

I don't think there is a chance such a collaboration will take place, but I would imagine both names would be ideal.
