Last i heard...he was doing the album with moz and touring around london with a band...dont know the name....

I'm sure that the Motivators have been backburnered for the time being since both Alain and Gary will be on the Morrissey album.

One source has said the Motivators plan to release a live EP sometime in the near future, with recordings made during their London "premiere" gigs last summer.

Alain is at Hook End with the rest of the band

and I should imagine he'd rather record a high profile album with a signed artist than slum it with his pub band.
