Wasn’t this the tune that Johnny Marr co-wrote with Mac and then let them have it without credit to not detract from their reunion? Or was it I Want To Be There?
I would suggest starting out with Anthology which covers their entire career. As for albums, first two (S/T and Leave Home) are golden. 3rd and 4th (Rocket to Russia and Road to Ruin) are full of gems. Those first 4 albums are considered their best. Moz would probably agree. All the tracks...
Pretty promising on first listen. Have to hear more before declaring them the next sensation though. Definitely won’t judge them based on a video (although that break up sex one is not bad). Some of the best bands have the shittiest videos…can anyone really sit through most Smiths or Moz videos?
Anyone know where I can download the first 5 tracks of disc 2? Surprised they're not on iTunes as they have every other crap remix on there but not the original bonus tracks (listed below). Willing to pay if there's another mp3 store that has them. Thanks.

Worst line-up ever. With the shape of the economy (especially here in So Cal) and this mediocre line-up, I can't see this year's Coachella being a success. At least our Moz won't be there to ruin it for those that do go.
I was a huge suede fan back in the day but never got the chance to see them live (I passed on ‘97 LA shows and have been regretting it since). I lost almost all interest after the disappointing Tears and Brett solo albums. However, this reunion line-up is the one I’d like to see so I’m hoping...
While we’re askign for Libs stuff…I’m interested in locating a decent recording of one of their later shows where the Libs performed songs that ended up on Babyshambles albums. I believe Libs played Albion, the song Babyshambles, Killamangiro and some other early BS songs. I’m curious to hear...
Not sure if this has been mentioned before but according to Wikipedia, Strummer had an estranged brother named David who joined the National Front. Could this be Morrissey's inspiration for The National Front Disco?
Guess I won't be buying this one. If I want instrumental music then I'll hop in an elevator. This reminds me of that time Belle & Sebastian did that soundtrack. Can't decide if the film or the soundtrack was worse. I understand BSP's love of nature. I was hooked from the first time I saw...
Been out of the BSP loop for a while. Heard the one cover on their website but it's mostly instrumental. Is the whole soundtrack mostly incidental/instrumental music? Any proper rock songs? Really enjoyed their last album but don't see the point of this release. They take so long between...
Bowie during the Ziggy days - Few years before I was born though.
The Smiths (duh!) - I was probably 10 when they made their first LA visit.
Morrissey in '91 or '92 - Didn't discover the man till '92 and missed out. Didn't see him till '97
Suede w/ Butler - I believe they came to LA early 90s...
It's a little disappointing. I'm not one of those "everything Pete/Carl do post Libs sucks" people either. I like quite a lot of Babyshambles output but this solo album falls short for me. I can understand why he held these songs from Shambles/Libs albums since they're more on the...
