Paul Weller (The Jam/solo artist)
Pete Townshend (The Who/solo artist)
Chuck Berry
Stevie Ray Vaughn
J. Geils (J. Geils Band)
Boz Boooer & Alain Whyte as a combo
Noel G. (Oasis)-I don't remember how to spell his last name.

80's Johnny Marr, 70's Jimmy Page, 60's Jimi Hendrix,

In the 90's I started to get loads of respect for for guitarists playing in 3-piece bands.. Carrying a song and punching in minimal solo's and fills when required.. (See Supergrass, Muse etc)

And I used to love Brian Setzers style of playing... and Graham Coxon, John Squire can be pretty good on there day..

..not forgetting me of course!!!! That is a joke of course.
