Utah shows - Since they're rescheduled, no refunds are allowed

Is there anyone else who, like me, bought tickets for the two SLC shows who can no longer go to the rescheduled dates? It seems that, since they were not cancelled, they have a no refund policy.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Tonto Goldstein to complain about this policy? Otherwise, we're all out another $80 apiece.
