The Malady Lingers Elsewhere (All I Want From Smiths and Morrissey Now)

O

Our Hank

Guest
I've grown a lot in my life. So much that this is all I will ever need to hear to get my fix:

SMITHS

Queen Is Dead album (minus Vicar)
Strangeways album (minus Paint A Vulgar Pic and the song after)

and then these songs:

Shoplifters
Sweet + Tender Hooligan
Panic
William It Was Really Nothing
This Night Has Opened
Asleep

William It Was Really Nothing (BBC)
Back To The Old House (BBC)
Please Please Please (BBC)

The Headmaster Ritual
I Want The One I Can't Have
That Joke
How Soon Is Now

Reel
Hand That Rocks The Cradle
Suffer Little Children

MORRISSEY

Viva Hate album (minus a couple)
Your Arsenal album
Vauxhall & I album
Southpaw album (it's strong enough overall)
Maladjusted album (minus Roy and the title track)
My Early Burglarly Years (minus a few)

and these tracks:

Our Frank
Asian Rut
Sing Your Life
Mute Witness
King Leer
There's A Place In Hell
Piccadilly Palare
Interesting Drug
November Spawned A Monster
Will Never Marry
Last of the Famous
Ouija Board
Interlude
Trash
Let The Right One Slip In

Lots of songs I'm leaving behind with my youth. Farewell. I'm glad I'm finally gaining the power to grow up and look further within myself and others. Still a few songs I would still like to hear to remind me of what a ride my youth was so I do not forget.

And so my theme to my children (whenever I have some) will be Natalie Merchant's "Break Your Heart" (although I'm not even a big fan of hers). Then I will sing them "Hand That Rocks The Cradle".

Goodbye.
