record shopping in Portugal and Spain

Can anyone tell me about some decent record or CD shops in Lisbon or Porto? (don't say Virgin Megastore) I like cheap used CDs. Morrissey has portuguese fans. They must have picked up his music somewhere. Oh and also any good stores in Andalucia.

As long as I can get their CDs dirt cheap. Thank God for people with bad taste. I'll happily take the stuff they don't want.
