I actually just recently went back on it. Not because of anxiety -- just because of personal issues in my life as well. I was starting to fall apart at the seams. It was no good. I feel wonderful now but I know it's not just the meds doing that. I have alot of positivity in my life now and a renewed hope for the future. I'm looking forward to a new start. I'm wiping the slate clean and starting from scratch.

You know, what I find interesting? Very often if I mention a period of my life that really, really sucked someone else will say that they were having a bad time at that point, too. And right now I'm going through a very positive transitional period and it would seem that you are, too. I wonder how these things work, these periods and cycles. Do you know what I mean?

Yes -- I know exactly what you mean. In the last few months, it seems that quite a few people that I know are going through major changes in their lives. Seperations is a big one. I keep saying "Tis the season to seperate" because it's as if everyone is breaking up at once. Very strange! And people who have been together for a very long time. Nobody I know really believed that I was leaving Paul after being with him for almost 12 years. I guess they just expect everyone to stay put and be miserable eh? Not this gal! Onward!

Good for you! You're starting over fresh, and changing and becoming stronger. When you're ready to jump into the sea of love then those boys better look out! I'm sure you'll turn somebody's world on its ear--in the best possible way!
I raise my forkful of cheescake to you--to new beginnings!
