A mate of mine told me the computer thingy was invented by a guy called Angus McComputer in a garden shed in Alness, Aberdeeenshire, Scotland in October 2001.

I guess that it is more plain and fast, though of course it
has its share of drawbacks and disadvantages.
I think that although it is a bit old fashioned, it is in a
way inviting, rather than other more modern boards.

Some band boards charge to post so if you want smiley faces go over to the Styx board, credit card out and pay $30. A word of caution though, post questions as to if Tommy Shaw is gay, circumcised, or is sleeping with Renee Zellwinger be prepared to be banned from the board. You will find this to be the case with many other boards as well dedicated to musicians.
