Attack on Morrissey's Car!!! Part 2

I Pissed My Pants

Okay so I read the post "Attack on Morrissey's Car!!!"
I thought it was BS so I decided to go up and see for myself
sure enough Morrissey's jag had a dent in it, nothing major though

I figured I would wait around and say hi,
there was another car waiting too
so I said f*** it, and turned around and left
but on my way down the hill I saw a squad car come up
so I guess those other fans got busted

I nearly pissed my paints when I saw the squad car...

Pissy!

you are a moron

> you are a moron

I have to admit I am,
I really didn't believe Strangways story
I met Moz a few times at the house and he was always super nice
and on his birthday a ton of people stop by and put posters up and leave boxes and boxes of gifts

Moz always seemed to eat it up and love every min of it

I couldn't imagine, he would ever call cops on a fan.

I was so lucky I wasn't arrested
if I stayed any longer I might have been busted.

Pissy!

As I have mentioned in the past, I met morrissey a ton o times from 86-91
but never met him since he moved to LA
I always hoped to find his address someday and pop in and say hi
I guess I lost my chance.

I really don't think this has anything to do with mexican fans
certain mexican fans have been violent and made the shows a pain in the ass

but I think if a ton o white kids were going to morrissey's house all the time, maybe morrissey wouldn't mind but I am sure the neighbors are sick of it.

What was really suprising, was how so many of you know where he lives.
When he didn't live in LA it was always easy to find what hotel he was at
and meet him there, he is such a creature of habit.

But how the hell did you guys find out where he lived????

He bought quite a housefull of items, and his addy was in the system. I wrote him profusely over a few months period of time. Poor man. I told him about how I got a hold of the the addy and they promptly took it out of the system. After that, the search would only yeild a name and the items sold to him.

No, his friend Wendy Wu did. She asked me to stop. So I did.

was there anything wierd about your letters or just the amount of them may have been seen as obsessive.

What was the text of Wendy's letter? Was she polite, oh well...

Yes, my name is Laura

My tone was that of a sad, depressed idiotic girl. I was having problems in my marriage and saw him as an escape. My reality was distorted, as can happen with ANY normal human being going through emotional anguish of whatever kind.

I will not respond to the tard below your post who thinks they know something that they don't. I would ask that you ignore them.

My letters were wordy and never menacing. I just wrote too many is all. Wendy made a statement here about my being a stalker as I was in LA ALL the time and I would leave letters on his car. I asked her to email me after that comment and she apologized for saying what she had said. She and I got past it. She was always nice to me when she emailed me, saying she was a friend of Morrissey's and that she felt protective over him and his wishes. She used to read a lot of the messages here to him, but stopped, at least for a while, because of the abusive nature of many and the unkind words that were said.

Oh yes, and when I originally found this site, I told David that I had been writing to Morrissey for years and that Morrissey wrote to me as well and I gained his trust by continuing to lie to him for a matter of a few weeks. I didn't realize how much in the loop he was at the time and didn't think he would be able to find out the truth before I could get the balls to tell him. He finally admitted he knew I had lied to him, and I apologized, but he continued to be rather rude to me after that. The last time I saw David was at Boz's show in LA sometime last year. I introduced him to Mimi and Greasetea, and they all had a blast -- without me. Though I provided a place for Greasetea and Mimi to stay while in California, they ended up taking off with David. *shrug* I stopped coming to the site soon after when I had gotten back to normal and realized how awful and stupid I had been.

But the ones who like to call me a stalker are the actual losers. At least I can admit I did something stupid. They just want to continue trying to antagonize a situation that's been dead for over a year now. They need the course called "Move on," taught by Professor Getoverit.

yeah, whatever. methinks that you have camped out one too many times at the mozzer's house and have let yourself be deluded into thinking he enjoys your company. i can almost understand being a tourist and doing it once, but it looks to me like you believe you have free reign to do what you want.

i think he's not only tired of his fans abusing him, but also looking outside and seeing the same people over and over again. he's not your friend.

Re: What Makes a Stalker

In California you have to pose a threat more than once to be subject to the Stalker laws of 1990

If you make a threat only once you can be charged with Terroristic Threats, no joke, if you tell someone in a bar "Hey many I am going to kill you" that's a fellony, or if you are pissed at your girlfriend and say "I feel like killing you" on her ansering machine, that's also a fellony. Most of these Terrostic Threat laws happened post OJ

I think these laws are nuts and violate the 1st admendment.

If you just leave letters on Morrissey's car, they probally could get you for loitering, and from reading recent messages on this board, it seems like both morrissy and his neighbors are pretty tired of parade of cars and fans at his home.

I also think loitering is a lame excuse for a law, it's used to mostly punish the homeless.

Also if you have to cross his properly line to leave a note on his car, or cross his properly line to leave a note in his mail-box, they can get you for Breaking and Entering, a lot of people think that breaking and entering means breaking a window and entering the home, or something like that.
What it does mean breaking the property line and entering.

So if you cannot control yourselfs be warned cops can take you in for anything no matter how innocent it may seem to you. You guys may be young and carefree, but you will hate yourself later in life, if you get passed up for a great job because you have some lame crime record, just cuz you wanted to say hi to morrissey at his house.

As for Wendy Wu, morrissey seems to have a habit of keeping people around him who fawn over him a bit much. Wendy seems to be a classic example.
I think he is a sensitive person, and doesn't have the courage to say "get the f*** away from my house" instead he is super nice and it gives the wrong impression. This last paragraph is all speculation on my part, I haven't met morrissey since the early 90s and he seems to have changed a lot on many levels.

Laura you seem like a nice person, you did something silly and you stopped.

When I use to ask morrissey for autographs, it was always when he was on tour, at sound checks or at hotels. Artists are prepard for it that way, they know fans are excited about the shows and usually have security around and they feel they are in more control of the situation and feel more secure meeting fans in a more protected enviornment.

It's nice to meet your heros in life and get an autograph.
To be honest, if Morrissey were not famous I am sure he would be camping out at some famous person's home that he wanted to meet, he totaly seems the type.

Thank you for understanding. Yes, I am a nice person. And yes, I did stop. I just didn't relaize what I was doing at the time is all. As I said, I never threatened him, but I can see how he felt I was invasive with my behavior.

As far as the laws and things go, his property is well gated and I never went beyond the area of the street, where he has always parked his cars. I knew of one or two cases of his arresting people previous to this supposed new law of his street. I honestly don't blame him. It's tight quarters there and I would be done with it as well!

He had been known to send a certain singer many letters fawning over her -- I am sure you know the name Sandy Shaw? If not, well, she was someone he apparently just adored, and he wrote to her. I hear quite a bit. But that is no excuse for what people like me and others have been known to do.

Wendy is kind to him and I am sure he appreciates her. Outside of that, I haven't an idea of if they are still associated or what not. I really have stayed FAR out of the Morrissey loop for some time now. Mainly because he hasn't been doing anything, and I have been very busy with work, children and dead marriages...in short, I have been working on getting life back to the way it should be. I seem to currently be in the most comfy place ever if I am able to admit to what I have admitted to. I was so afraid to for some reason before this. Now? I just don't give a f*** what the lot of you think.

Take care White Fan. And BTW, I'm "white" as well. LOTS of us are. Not that it matters.

What did these people do, why did he have them arrested?
What do you mean by new law of his street?

Oh how nice! You can be the 2nd to last white fan!
No I guess it doesn't matter, it seems Morrissey is an equal oppertunity jailer.

I don't remember what they did...one was naked or something like that and had been there previously calling his name at all hours of the night.

I meant the "new law" as in it's a public road as far as I knew, and now it seems everyone is saying he has anyone and everyone arrested when outside the gates. *shrug* Whatever's clever!

Well if there was a naked man calling my name outside my house at all hours of the night, I would see if he was cute, if not then I would have him arrested.

I have to think though, if he really didn't want to deal with fans at his home, he could simply move to a security condo or something like that. I think he secretly enjoys the attention.
