Hmmmm. I certainly was, and I probably still am. However, I blame it more on a mental disorder than actual obsession.
Let's create a test to see how obsessive we all are:
1) How far would you go to get a shirt of Morrissey's?
a) I wouldn't go to any great length. If I got it, I get it.
b) Steal it off another fan.
c) Steal it straight off the man's back.
2) Roughly, how much time do you spend each day thinking or talking about Morrissey?
a) Less than 1 hour.
b) 1 hour to 3 hours.
c) I wonder how long Morrissey thinks about himself...
3) Roughly, how many objects (CDs, records, t-shirts, books, anything else) related to Morrissey do you own?
a) Less than 30.
b) 30 to 60.
c) I can't count them, there are so many that I can't actually get out of my seat.
Mostly A's: Not obsessed. Not with Morrissey, at any rate.
Mostly B's: Reasonably obsessed. Nothing too serious, though.
Mostly C's: Call the police and get a restraining order on this one.

I actually feel bad about what I said.
I'm rapt to see him semi naked of course.
I think it's wonderful that he is able to express himself so freely
at his age.
I find it fascinating and of course then the question begs, is all this
just show stuff? and also does he have a high sex drive or is he
just a bit of a show off?

I'm ALWAYS fascinated watching him on stage- I'd go one further- I'd love to see him naked as a jaybird! Personally, I think he's a tease! He KNOWS he's handsome, and he does everything to show it! I don't know if he has a high sex drive- but I bet he's absolutely divine in the bedroom!

We opened the stage door, and there was Steve Martin, dressed head to toe in light blue denim, waiting to see Martin Short, who was doing a show in SF. I was star struck, to say the least...I'm not obsessed with Morrissey. I'm just hoping to meet him so he can use his Hollywood Star Power to introduce me to Steve Martin.
