Travelling to Blackburn.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get from Manchester to Blackburn r the Nov 2nd gig. There are no First Northwestern trains at the weekends for ages.Ideally I also don't want to stay over and I don't drive. Is there any chance of people organising a coach or something?

I'm going from Bolton & there's room in my car for 2 (maybe 3 at a push/squash) I've only got a corsa you see. Not up to Manchester though, so if you can get to Bolton & return only to Bolton, then first come first served. Email me.

Has it been every weekend or are you being over cautious? I was planning to go by train and come back on the same night. There is a local bus route to Blackburn via Rossendale and its not very expensive at all, but you would have to stop over.

I think its run by Rossendale, from Manchester via Prestwich, Whitefield...

If the trains do play up I will post details.
