The Guardian newspepr are 'giving away' copies of REM's CD "Reckoning" as part of their 'Classic Albums' promotion. To advertise the album they have a 'family tree' type thing showing how REM fit-in with all types of artists and genres and ideas and I see that Morrissey is there on the tree sandwiched between The Smiths and 'Sexual Ambiguity' on the way to Michael Stipe. Hmmmm
