The Decemberists: We Both Go Down Together

Just saw The Decemberists at Hammersmith Apollo, where the singer Colin Meloy sang the lines 'Angel, don't take your life/Some people have got no pride/They do not understand/The urgency of life/But I love you more than life' from 'Angel, Angel, Down We Go Together' at the end of their song 'We Both Go Down Together'. The Decemberists' song is inspired in part by the Morrissey song, it depicts a romantic double suicide, which also evokes 'There is a Light...'. http://www.songmeanings.net/songs/view/3530822107858523816/
