A journalist tells me that that the account of Morrissey's year in the NME yearbook was not actually authored by the man himself, and Moz is demanding a written apology. Have to say, I thought it lacked his usual style...

The way it's published it does seem that he has turrets with 'NME'. It's NME this and NME that. He SHOULD have an apology.

I just read the Moz bit in the 'yearbook' in WH Smiths. The shop didn't have a copy of the new Word but the newspaper stand outside did. Hey-ho.
