> this is funny! What Moz can't remember how to spell his name? LOL!!
I got involved in a similar scenario to the one you have just spotted earlier this year.
A girl was on here and she wasn't a fan but her boyfriend was and she was bidding on an Ebay item for him.Someone noticed an incorrect spelling similar to the one just highlighted.
Both myself and GenderNectar emailed the girl and told her it was a fake.I also e mailed the seller and asked them to stop ripping fans off.I then had an e mail back from the seller along the lines of,"Oh,Morrissey sometimes spells his name wrong on purpose"
Thankfully the girl cancelled her bid but there is a lesson there for everyone.
The selling of items with fake autographs is a HUGE money making machine. This includes items wich include the ambiguous "Certificate Of Authentication"
As someone quite rightly states on this thread there is probably no current artist who signs LESS items than Morrissey. If you have bought memorabilia from the internet that is supposedly signed by Moz then there is a 99% chance you have been taken for a mug.Sorry to be so brutal but that's the way it is.
Unless the Big Man signed it in front of you don't buy it.
