off to see billy bragg play at the cambridge folk festival this weekend.lets see if b.b can actually play a set without mention morrissey or trying to dance like him!seriously though i spoke to him in london several years ago and he said that when he supported the smiths years ago he was doing"jeanne" at his soundcheck and moz turned up and burst into tears as he thought his version of the song was so beautiful!

i think billys love of the smiths is well documented and quite touching.
