Hi, I bought a ticket for the Nottingham show this month pretty rashly, without realising how expensive and bothersome travelling from the north of Scotland would be. So with a heavy heart I'm offering it for sale. I paid about £50 but open to offers.
Cheers
Correct me if I'm wrong please, but I believe that The Smiths only ever played 'Asleep' once live in concert and it was in Inverness, Scotland at Eden Court theatre.
And even then, it was only as a sort of 'spur of the moment' decision made simply because there was a piano by the stage!
There...
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere this concert could be purchased on DVD? I have it on my computer but would love to be able to play it on my DVD player on the surround sound... Not hugely computer literate so wouldn't wish to bother with doing it myself.
Alternatively, and this...
Only a black lesbian mother could ever be the right president for America.
That would call for a drastic lyric change in America is not the World, a president who is black, female and gay.
On ITV in Britain on Monday nights there's a series hosted by Paul O'Grady based at Battersea Dogs Home. On this week's episode there was an overweight huskie type dog (can't remember the exact breed) being put on a dog diet and an exercise programme... Obviously they soundtracked the scene with...
Hi, if anyone is interested I have listed a standing ticket for the Edinburgh show on eBay.... Bought it as a gift for a friend but he can't actually attend. Will post recorded delivery as soon as I can following payment.

Hi, just a quick note. I am selling a standing ticket for the Manchester show on eBay, if anyone is in need of one. Think it's cheaper than the going rate anyway.

Would be keen to get it posted...
I accepted it more as a surreal take on Morrissey (like the old British shows 'Stella Street' or 'Bo Selecta' used to do, should you be familar with them) than a straightforward impression. I thought it pretty well summed up his strangely, wilfully obtuse way in interview situations. I really...
Hi, I have one standing ticket for Manchester if anyone wants it. Will sell for £60 as I'm pretty sure that's around about what I paid for it (including all the fees). Didn't buy with the intention of selling, but without boring anyone with the details, I now can not attend the concert...
Just in case anyone is looking for pub recommendations prior to tomorrow's Perth concert...
There is a lane, The Skinnergate, just across from the Concert Hall (between a restaurant and a furniture shop, the names of both elude me at present) which leads to a pub called The Old Ship Inn. I...
Hi, well again I have never been to Hawick but I'm from a town in Scotland that's similar in size and whle there are plenty of bus stops/shelters there is no actual bus station of the sheltered variety that you would find in cities here. Never know though, there may be one.
I'm not sure...
Well, obviously not a bus station as such in Hawick (I've never been but I assume it doesn't have one) , just somewhere similarly sheltered. I'm sure something suitable will crop up.
Hi Sistasheia, thanks for that. Yeah I've stayed in bus stations (Glasgow) before for Morrissey and it's a sacrifice I don't much mind making really. Will try and stay in a pub for as long as I can then just get the earliest bus I can in the morning. With it being June I'm hopeful it won't be...
Hi, this is my first time posting here and I'd be grateful for any assisrtance.
I've got tickets for the Dunfermline, Perth, Inverness and Hawick concerts but (foolishly) only this week looked into the logistics of travelling to and from the shows. I'm pretty sure I can sort travel/staying...
