I have had several requests from fellow 10-packers to re-post instructions on obtaining a refund for the cancelled shows which I originally posted on 10/3.

Because the venue honored tickets for the 2nd and 4th to be used the 8th and 9th, you will need to send your UNUSED tickets to Ticketmaster to request a refund. Here's the address:

Ticketmaster
ATTN: Consumer Support - REFUNDS
1000 Corporate Landing
Charlston, WV 25311

Send them a note explaining that the show was cancelled and postponed on a date which you ALREADY had purchased tickets for. I'd also advise that you include a print out of your Ticketmaster confirmation page and include your confirmation/order number in your note.

Here’s the link to the original post.

Good luck!

  • Use the EMAIL customer service. They will refund regardless.

  • So, if you have to mail in the unused tickets to get your refund, you have to shell out a few bucks to pay for certified mail. That's on top of not getting back the per-show convenience fees. Awesome!

  • Only single night TM tix that were NOT part of the 10 show series were honored.. I had brought 2 guests trying to use tickets that were early entry, front of the line tickets from the canceled Shows of 10/2 and 10/4. They made us buy additional tickets that night (CASH ONLY) and said TM would refund US for the unused tickets they REFUSED to HONOR..
