Having checked the ticketmaster.co.uk site this morning - it is listing a pre-sale for this Thursday. It only seems to be for the Scotland gigs at the moment, but this could be an idea after last Friday's fiasco.
I am a bit puzzled however, as I am on every mailing list going, and I have not been sent any details.
Any info would be appreciated! Good luck everyone!!

If you can get pre-sale tickets so can the touts (Score:2, Interesting)
You join the fan club for free, then when tickets go on sale, only fan club members can buy the good seats (less the special allocation for radio stations and all that). Then you have to show ID the night of the concert to pick up your tickets.
This would require effort on behalf of Morrissey and the tour promoter. Expect it to never happen.

I was planning to queue outside the Palladium last week, but I phoned them and they said their booking office wouldn't even open til 10am (ie an hour after tickets went on sale) so there might not be any left by then.
Just don't want you to be queuing from 5am for no reason...
Good luck!

Why not sell the tickets on a Saturday, like the Mnchester Arena gig in 2004.
Contrary to rumours, Morrissey fans aren't all students and long-term recipients of "the Dole".
I for one can't afford to lose another day's pay, especially when I can't even be guaranteed a ticket.
As far as I'm concerned this is yet another example of Morrissey's careless and dismissive attitude toward his fanbase!
Nevermind though,Morrisey will still be able to boast in interviews that this-or-that gig sold out in record time. Despite the fact that this was mainly due to bulk-buying by touts.
Us "ordinary people" will just have to take our chances with aforementioned touts!
Thanks alot Morrissey (again!).
