Moz parody in Acarine hip-hop video

Acarine are a UK hip hop band and in the track there is the line 'like morrissey around the fountain reeling'. The MC appears in Moz garb circa 83,quiff daffodils and hearing aid... it's quite amusing, Acarine claim to be massive Morrissey fans and even mention him in this month's Front magazine. What next Dre producing the next album???

    I guess it's all about self-expression, but blech!

    Also, I think "parody" is the wrong word when it's meant as a tribute. I'nt it?

  • I watched the vid and thought it was good for a giggle and not much else. I can't imagine hearing the song minus the video and it catching my ear. Oh well.
