Morrissey-solo's last update (in the current format)

 The front page technical redesign which I've briefly mentioned a few times before is very near completion. The code is in place and I just have a few things to clean up, I imagine the switchover will be sometime this weekend, probably on Sunday.

This is probably the biggest change I've ever made to the site -- something that I've been preparing for in the last year and something I've been working nonstop on in the last couple months. In order for the system to work well you'll need a login name, so think of what you want to use (this is separate from the discussion board / chat logins). The new login system will be very easy to work with.

Unless something urgent comes up this will be the last update until the switchover.

        cool, something new! although my name had to be "edited" to fit. :( looks like i'll have to do some homework to understand some of this stuff! this seemingly inevitable change must have it's advantages, i'm sure; but, somehow, i don't think this format will be as popular as the previous one, just a hunch, so to speak. time will tell.

          I sure we all will eventually be glad that we have this format. But i guess we all have to get to get to it after a while.

          I bet it will become more easy after we get new articles and people can for the first time test the comment's section...which i think people find a little strange now. So new articles will fix this i'm sure.

          Plus David, if you login in once...do you have to login all the time. I only login once so far and been on the site for two days now...
