I arrived in my friend’s office after a couple of other meetings, late yesterday afternoon and, as well as tuning up my laptop and conducting his own business on his pc, he also concurrently kindly obliged with the scan. I must admit I’d only picked up the journal then but since someone had posted a notice about the piece on M-solo, and I had it in my hand, a lapse in my concentration is to blame for which I apologise. I hope no-one’s too disappointed.

Still Kane’s approach is almost like a psycho-analysis in the best sense. There are no superficial summaries here; instead she has made every effort to familiarize herself with her subject from a very broad perceptive angle. So even though it’s not the Most Wanted – the interview – I’d recommend the ‘article’ as a very worthwhile read. And now before I do any more damage, I’ll lie low for a few days and recover my composure. I’ll get my coat…
