after coming back from seeing him in Mexico, hopefully I will be able to see him a couple more times here in the "states". Lets just hope that this starting rumor is true. Same thing withe the Mexico shows. Started off as a rumor. Do you remember??

      Looks like this is a site for Chicago-area concerts.

      I would suspect that if there is a US tour, it would be major cities (NYC, Chicago, LA) rather than a long tour over the winter.

                Do you reckon they'll be in November? I think that makes sense since he's going to be in Mexico in the middle of the month, but it's also kind of a little late to be announcing tour dates? Maybe he'll just do 1 or 2 really big shows or something?

                  US Ticketmaster recently added a second morrissey link. No tickets yet but the otehr morrissey link, the original one, is an old page with a You Are The Quarry picture. they may be preparing a new page for the next US morrissey tour. to see what i mean, go to ticketmaster and do a search for Morrissey.

                      The fact that this newsletter includes this graphic with "THE RINGLEADER OF THE TORMENTORS" rather than Morrissey's name leads me to believe that the promoters of the U.S. shows had to sign a secrecy agreement and this is Jam's way around it. Maybe Morrissey will cite this as a violation of the contract for this show and cancel it.

                                    This is wonderful stuff, This humble and peace loving American would be truly grateful if Morrissey came back to the states! I hope this really pans out and what a joy to my heart if it does. Since there are 2 weeks in btw him playing Enormo-Domes in Mexico and England,I wonder if he will just play a few big arenas in just the major cities in America or if he will wait till '07 and do a full blown tour in the theaters across the states...My guess is the latter since Ticketmaster takes forever to send out tickets---Either way Please let this rumor become reality!!

                                    As a fellow who has lived his entire life in Chicagoland, I distinctly remember Morrissey being quoted as saying that Chicago was his favourite US city to play live!

                                    And here might be proof-
                                    At least 2 videos were filmed in Chicago-
                                    "Glamorous Glue" and "Certain People I Know."

                                    I am proud to say that I am the quintessential Chicagoland Morrissey fan. You will always see me with gladioli in hand.

                                    But how terrible the Aragon Ballroom is. One word- YUCK.

                                      America does have bigots and rednecks, but they are NOT a smelly country, decidedly. Those people care WAY more than Europeans that they smell unoffensive at all times.

                                      It's bizarre. Even some of the most poverty-stricken individuals in America always smell like soap and roses.
