Anyone have any questions for Alain? I'll be interviewing him as a preview for his upcoming Dallas show. Please e-mail me personally. Thanks.

  • DavidT, should there be a '@' instead of a '.' somewhere there please?

I will take you from this sickness, dinner parties and champagne. I'll hold your body and make it sing again.
  • Dear Alain, I know from personal experience that Torr is a rude person. Feel free to ditch him. Have a nice day!

  • 1. Would you mind telling us what was wrong with you last year for you to miss so many dates?

    2. Favourite Moz gig?

    3. What does Moz think of Red Lightening?
  • C'mon Torr, you're no longer a wide eyed 15 year old Cure fanatic. Surely you can think up your own questions.

  • Seems like you're having some trouble getting some queries -- here are a few things I'd like to know:

    1) Four of your songs for YATQ became Top-10 singles in the UK and the bulk of the album are your compositions -- how does it work in the Morrissey camp when one contributor's songwriters are "chosen" over another to make it onto an album?

    2) What do you attribute the long-lasting relationship between you, Boz, and Moz, whereas quite a few other collaborators have fallen out with Morrissey over the years?

    3) Does it ever bother you that "the band" don't get much exposure in the media, whether because Moz himself doesn't talk about you guys by name that much or journalists don't ask?

    4) Favourite Morrissey-solo track ever / Favourite song ever

  • Over the years, you've sung some great backing vocals for Morrissey ("Why Don't You Find Out For Yourself" is the first one that springs to mind). How does the choice to have a backing vocal happen, and who comes up with the vocal melody?

    Cheers
