One suggestion (that would probably take a lot of work) -- maybe each song's lyric page could also have an attendant message board where people can discuss the lyrics & background of that specific song, with valuable info permanently added to the song's entry.

Joke aside, you don't really have to leave this site if you want info you know...It's always much closer than you think.
