on Michael Palin, eh?! :) Ah, I've had one on him for so many years too. After all those many years I sort of gave up on my ever having the chance to meet the dear boy; but, I can now say I've had the happy pleasure of meeting him *twice*! The 1st time was in June 1998, and the 2nd time was April 2003. Each time was special since the 1st was just incredible, right? But, the 2nd time I'd gotten to talk with him for 2-3 mins., so that ended up influencing/personalising what he'd signed on the photo I'd brought along; also, I had 2 photos of myself taken with him, 1 of which sits within an ornate frame upon a table in my living,
proudly displayed for all to see, lol. He was here in 1998 to promote his "Hemingway's Chair" and the 2nd time was to promote his series, "Sahara".

Ah, such sweet memories, indeed - he is so absolutely charming and a real cutie! ;)
