Some fans are smaller than others

08:38 AM

ARRRRGH!

What have I got to do to find a Moz t-shirt that fits?! I have to show my support! But I can't find any the right size. Even if I could, they'd probably be horrible. Do these sellers think that Morrissey only has big men as fans? (well...) What about the skinnyass little girls? (maybe I'm flattering myself here. But still!)

  • i CANNOT fit a stupid medium tee (anorexia the source?probably) but ob this last tour, i got the blue tee in... A SIZE SMALL! it's still a bit loosish, but i could not BELIEVE they had them printed. it's a vast improvement.
also, if you don't fear vulgar pictures, hot topic (gag, gag, cough) has some reprints of old smiths tees available in youth sizes.
    cheers!

by friday, life has killed me... everyday is like friday
  • LOL, I have a drawer full of Smiths and Morrissey shirts that all look as if they fit 2 sizes too large on me...Some were given to me as gifts, apologising as they explained, "Umm, they didn't have anything in small..." Hahaha, though, even medium isn't what would normally be a medium - concert t-shirts always run much larger!

As for obtaining small sizes at a concert...they apparently get snatched up quite fast is what the vendor people told me: "because they don't make as many in small."

I simply cannot wear ill-fitted clothing, so all my said t-shirts are kept in a special place as a collection for sentimental reasons. LOL, the few I do have in small have been well-worn for quite some time now. ;)

  • I don't know how handy you are with a needle and thread but you've got plenty of time to make one yourself no?
You could complete the look by giving yourself an assymetrical haircut with a blunt scissors and allow some spittle to gather at the corner of your mouth- this way he won't doubt you mean it when you tell him you love him.

There is no such thing in life as Norman
  • I'm not sure if the website still sells them (heard a few rumours that they take your money and don't send the t-shirt, with no contact telephone number...), but I got a lot of my t-shirts from http://www.bluecatstore.com/ [bluecatstore.com], and they had a couple of skinnies the last time I looked, I'm sure. You could maybe try there and risk it - the t-shirts were right good quality, though obviously I can't speak about the skinnies...Good luck if you go for it though!
