Morrissey tour openers Girl in a Coma are playing the Knitting Factory Thursday, February 21st. Fresh off their tour with Moz, the girls are hitting Hollywood as part of their month-long headlining tour in support of their new record. Moz has been spotted at previous Girl in a Coma shows, and in December was seen enjoying a punk-rock show from the Knitting Factory balcony. Rumor is his band will be there Thursday night..so odds are Moz may show up himself!

      the Girls rocked the 'Factory (Score:1)
      Girl in a Coma totally brought the house down tonight and played 1 encore. Opening bands (Oslo & Killola) were pretty good, too (missed Lisa Dewey).

      "Road to Home" totally made my day.

      Next shows are Feb. 22nd at Alex's Bar in Long Beach and Feb 24 at The Scene in Glendale (then Bay area, etc.), as posted on their myspace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=us er.viewprofile&friendID=1991851 (take out any spaces).
