Over 3 1/2 million people have viewed "Fitna" on LiveLeak in the last 24 hours. The short, 15-minute film was made by Dutch MP, Geert Wilders. What's with the Dutch being such vocal opponents of Islamism? First there was Theo van Gogh and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. Now we have Wilders risking his life to expose what he believes are the immoral, indefensible atrocities being committed by Islamists.

"Fitna" was banned in the Netherlands so Wilders posted it on LiveLeak--just yesterday. Islamic apologists are touting the film as "propaganda." I have seen it. It packs a punch and has some disturbing images. Oddly enough, I have used several of these photos in my own "propaganda" video, "Morrissey gets what he wants." And mine was posted on the Net first, hehe. I got my images by using Google's image search. I bet Wilders did so as well. You'd think he'd have better resources. But then again, maybe he wants the film to have a familiar, grassroots feel to it. Which it certainly does. I could have made this film as well. Perhaps this is what will make it so effective as a 'symbol' of what is so vile about Islamism.

Please watch this video. Can it be used as propaganda? Of course it can. But, the real question is whether or not these images and claims are true. I believe that they are. And these atrocities committed in the name of Islam are just the beginning of what is to come. In the last 100 years, the world has destroyed Nazi fascism and Soviet Union, totalitarian Communism. We are now faced with the obstacle of destroying Islamofascism before it destroys everything good about western civilization--freedom, dignity, reason, kindness, tolerance, equality between the sexes, human rights, freedom of religion and freedom from religion...

Update: The video has been removed after the staff at LiveLeak were threatened with violence. LiveLeak deeply regrets having to cater to the demands of these terrorists.

PS--My video is still available. And no, I have not been threatened with violence by anyone.

2nd Update: Video was downloaded by little green footballs before it was taken off LiveLeak's server. It is now up on YouTube ...albeit a shorter, Dutch version with English subtitles.

Who knows how long it will be available here. But be rest assured that hundreds--if not thousands--have already downloaded the video. It's out there and will NEVER go away. :)
