Trees and cats don't mix03:16 PM
I am so bummed. Katie just got in the Christmas tree and the whole thing fell to the floor. I purposely avoided putting glass bulbs on the tree this year, as last year I learned my lesson. She had broken at least five ornaments over the course of the season. Ah, but I put my favorite ornament in the tree this year... what a mistake. My porcelain Grinch just lost his head when Katie brought the tree to a crashing halt upon the hard wooden floor. Super glue has saved the day. It was a clean break. But, I am still sad, as this was my most treasured piece.

Ah, but we do still love them though, don't we? The cats of course, not the dwarfs.
