I have the flu

Yep, I am sick -- been running a fever off and on since last night. I ache all over -- especially my back. Oh well, what can ya do?

I just have the busiest week ahead of me and this was a terrible time to get ill.

I know I have been pushing myself too hard. I think my resistance is very low right now. Well, a few days rest and hopefully I will be good as new.

That is really terrible!. I hope you can shake it. This is YOUR week!. Rest as much as possible, drink lots of water and get those vitamins into you. Hugs and kisses from the other side of the world I send to you.
