Michael Jackson is acquitted of all charges

05:53 PM

Unfortunately, he was tried and hung in the court of public opinion, long ago.

It was the state's job to PROVE that he is guilty. It was not MJ's duty to prove his innocence. The state failed to do their job.

It was a modern day witch trial. He was persecuted for being an oddball. Turns out the mother of the accused is even stranger than Jackson. Her testimony and finger snapping at the jurors, made her less than a credible witness.

I believe in our justice system. It has its flaws, but it is the best system in the world.

Some might like to compare this case with the O.J. Simpson trial. But, there is a huge difference here. This jury was not a group of halfwits.

  • I was just talking to someone about this last night. I was never convinced that he was guilty to any of the charges against him, and I'm really happy that he's a free man tonight. He's got a lot of healing to do, though. He looks terrible - on the verge of collapsing.
