I'm not the man you think I am...I am a poor freezingly cold soul...I have just discovered that prudence never pays. Now, we must wait for the right time
Wednesday January 30, 02

It's a new dawn, it's a new day...

04:27 PM

I felt quite hyper today! Which is quite good, because when I'm hyper, I act a lot more silly and stupid than I normally do, and it means that, for once, I'm not depressed! I was going around in mad jaunts, doubtlessly annoying several people on my way, but there you go.

I invited C (sorry Smiths, but I can't keep the names up! It's even confusing me...) to a party I'm going to this weekend via cell/mobile (depending on where you live) message. She hasn't replied yet. Probably doesn't care. Interesting, you may ask, how I have her phone number? Well, in the staff canteen one day at work, she asked for my number. Don't worry, it's no big deal, because when she went to store my number on her phone, she had to delete someone's number in order to fit mine in. She must just collect the numbers for fun...

Our little enterprise group made a huge step today. We're making bookmarks with band's names on them and selling them to the mindless majority of the school pupils at extortionate prices (relative to what it's costing us to make them - time only, extremely little money if any at all). I'm going to devise a Smiths one. The colours of The Queen Is Dead - dark green background, pink writing, with "The Smiths" one one side in TQID font, and a lyric on the other ("Love is natural and real" springs to mind...).

Speak of someone, and it hits you in the face. C just sent me a message back, saying she'd love to go to the party with me, but that she'd hardly know anyone there and that it's far away for her! She asked if it's a birthday party, and I've to send her a message back...Argh! I can never read signs. I don't know if she thought I was asking her out on a date or not, and I don't know if she's accepting to go out on a date or not! Dear Lord...Here's what she wrote (quoted):

"Hi [JacquesTheLad], how ru?Yeah the results were great! (Referring to the Celtic result of winning against Livingston 3-1, and Rangers drawing with Kilmarnock 2-2). Id love2 go 2the party with u but id hardly no any1 n its a bit away!Is a birthday party?tb love c x"

Argh! Somebody help me please!

Well, I have no idea what the current state of affairs is just now...Indeed, we shall see later! I think the next time I'll see her will be Saturday, the day of the party...Maybe I'll just get drunk stupid anyway. It's an idea...Maybe that's the only way to attract to girls. Or maybe it's a way that makes me look even more stupid. I'm sure I mentioned this in my last entry as well...Oh well! Doesn't do any harm I guess...

Has anyone read Morrissey's letter to his pen pal from before he was in The Smiths? I got it from LadyMoz's website (Sorry, Maribel, if that's not your ID on this site!) If you've not seen them, here's the address:

It's well worth a check. His wit is at an optimum in these! And, even better still...His pen pal is from my home city! How good is that? Honestly, the way he treated his pen pal is beyond belief...I'd have went away and cried if he treated me like that!

Anyway, best be off to fret about C. Anyone has anything to say on the comments she made to me via the art of text, please feel free to make your view known in the comments!
