I'm not the man you think I am...I am a poor freezingly cold soul...I have just discovered that prudence never pays. Now, we must wait for the right time

Agony Uncle

04:37 PM

Well, my day was largely uneventful - nothing really to note, although I'm now pretty confident with First Order Differential Equations (I'm at high school dammit!!!). Nothing else. So...Let's talk about our little friends on Moz-solo!

Mr Biffo - I'm sure there's plenty more people doing your course in the same boat as you. I know it seems like you're peddling against the tide with a snooker cue, but it won't be so bad. You've caught up. You're now only a week (if that) behind. You'll catch up again. Don't worry about it! You have every right to be at university, because you sound like an intelligent guy (don't laugh). And I am not too familiar with Bible quotations (*hangs his head in shame*), but that one sounds pretty good. We'll see how things go. Maybe next time I'll ring the doorbell, eh? Ah, the hilarity...

BWTT - I was delighted with the Old Firm score :-) And I listened to my first ever Joy Division song last night as it happens (inspired by doorstepgurl - thank you :-) ), and I must say I'm becoming a bit of a freak. No 17-year-old should be into this kind of music. It's pathetic. Mind you, I'd rather that than go about wearing baggy jeans with chains and listen to endless whining/shouting to a two/three-chord tune...

Doorstepgurl - haven't written to/about you before, so I just thought 'Hey, why not?'. How's things? I also am quite taken in by the fact that there are so many different human beings in this world, and how each and every one of us is the best at something (don't mock, it is true). And also, I'm sorry to hear about your heartache. I suffer the same. T'is a shame, but it'll come together soon. Don't worry!

Broccoli (Anna?) - "I get angry too, but I'm a lot like you" Quite a famous lyric there. Just say what you like! Worst that can happen is...I dunno! Moan and groan all you like. I bottle things up, which I think is actually a bit of a problem. But anyway, you go what you want!!!

Hand in Glove - We can't all feel happy all of the time. I really shouldn't complain (I got my new exam certificate through today, updated complete with new improved grade), but I still do. I moan and whinge about relatively small things. But we, as human beings, have the divine right to do that. It's probably selfish, but true. Anyway, I really look forward to your e-mail! Can't wait :-)

Time's ticking. I have four tests next week. I haven't learned anything (except the afore-mentioned first order differential equations). No time to learn just now - sleep needed, and I wouldn't learn anything at 11:45 on a Wednesday night anyway. So, I digress. Toodleoo...
