	This concert has been released on The Butterfly Collector bootleg CD. This release is incomplete as it omits You've Got Everything Now.
	This concert has been released on The Handsome Devils bootleg CD. This release is incomplete and omits the following songs: Hand In Glove, Girl Afraid, This Charming Man, This Night Has Opened My Eyes, Still Ill and These Things Take Time.

Portions of this concert were released on the Boyfriend In A Coma bootleg LP and The Undisputed Truth bootleg LP.
