my boyfriend (john, this dude that posted) and i were at the show, and i believe you (mdb) were standing right next to us. molly, right? the rocknroll game coach? we took off right before shoplifters, i foresaw a bit o'chaos. i think being crushed for half the show tipped me off.

the thing is, i've been to much harder shows, in situations where i was sandwiched b/w skinheads, ruffians, and a general crowd that could pommel me quite easily. and i *enjoyed* myself. leave it to a bunch of over-zealous, ideal-free, tyrannical, righteous, morrissey fans to give me my first show where i was beaten. defeated. the irony is almost too much.

yeah, today is my birthday.
