What HE said...

The previous postings do a nice job of listing some details about the venue and the setlist..I just wanted to add a couple of things Morrissey mentioned during the show. He seemed in good spirits tonight and joked with the crowd quite a bit. At one point or another he said all of the following:

"My pants keep falling off. It must be something about Portland. Thats a good thing"

"It's not a bad body for a man of 62." (As he put on a fresh shirt)

"I'm not as culturally relevant as Beck, but I'll keep trying"

"Here's one you're too young to remember, and I'm too old to forget" (before "Half A Person")

and finally, my favorite, right before the start of the "Last Night" encore..
"In 10 minutes I'll be out in the lobby selling t-shirts and homemade jam"

There were other things he said, but these spring to mind. All in all, an excellent show. I do also have to agree that the "new" version of "Now My Heart is Full" sounds spectacular!
