GREAT GIG!!!!!

I am amazed about what a lot of mexican fans have Moz. I did dig the gig because, at last, there was a big response against the security corps and the crowd did not gave a damn about them. Moz pay a tribute to Elvis Presley in the first moments of the show: dress with black leather and with his name back of the stage, at the same way that Elvis did it at October 3, 1968, in his return. After Moz went with old jeans and white shirt. Three T-shirts of West Ham FootBall Club went to the audience (there were big fights to get them). He say goodbye dressed as “charro” (I guess that Moz and group went at the morning to a big market of clothes, called Lagunilla). Before he sang “Meat is murder”, he said that in Mexico the animals have not rights and said to us: “Don’t kill anything”. The big image of Steve McQueen with a gun was the frame of many songs. Morrissey received many gifts: a doll, letters, T-shirts. It was an unforgettable gig.
My wife did not know the songs, but today we have listen The Smiths and solo recordings.
A strange thing: Outside, between the bootleg t-shirts there was one with the face of Bowie and it said “Morrissey”. The gig was great, I hope that someday he return. I am journalist and as you can see my english is not very good. Tomorrow –sunday— in a mexican newspaper there will be a chronicle of the gig. A big hug for everybody.
