This message isn't just for Truely (sic) Disappointed; it's for anyone who doesn't already understand this.

There is a not-so-subtle difference between the following words: "their," "they're," and "there."
For the love of the gods, don't simply do your best. Worry. Think not only about what you write, but also about how you write it.
