Help!! I don't want to forget!!!

Nobody has really posted what was said at this show.
I do recall:
-"It's nice to see you...actually I can't see you" - upon enterance.
-"When I wrote about London I was talking about that London, not that one...but I think you already knew that" - In reference to Hairdresser
-"This is a song about what the British government and the US government and your government still allows to happen and I just can't understand why." - On introduction to Meat is Murder
-I also remember him asking someone in the front row how they were and what was said there.
And before Is it Really so Strange (was it) he made some sort of comment about Judge Judy that he told us we could laugh about later??

Anyway, that is all I can remember! So, if you can remember that and anymore?!?!? WRITE IT DOWN!.....please
