Thanx for calling it as you saw it, and as it was. Very well written on when happened last night.

I must say I was disappointed with the crowd as well. They (we?) had none of the passion that I recall from past shows.

I still contest that Morrissey desciples are among the most commited of any artist or band, but I would have been hard pressed to prove it, given last nights pallid desplay of emotion.

Morrissey deserves so much more.

You were also spot on with El Vez. When I last saw Morrissey, no opening act was on the ticket. It was a pleasant surprise when it turn out to be The Smokin' Popes.
