HONESTY

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, ie you out there who regularly check this site, I doubt it if any of you were more delighted than me to hear that Mr. Morrissey would be touring again this year, it bein 4 years since I last saw him and with very fond memories of the last time I was really looking forward to it.

I am writing to you all again in an attempt to get an honest response from ye, I'm constantly reading about how brilliant Morrissey's current material is and how his current set list is full of gems etc etc when in fact hand on heart I know for a fact that the vast majority of the current set list is made up of drival that wouldn't get past a 2 year old if it wasn't being sung by our ill fated hero. In effect the mjority of scribes who have taken the time to write reviews for this website are blinded and made tone deaf by the fact that the words we hear are coming out of the mouth of one Stephen Patrick Morrissey, his past glories and there are so many are clouding your judgement as we so desperately cling to the ideal that he is still the same person who gave us such great times in the past.
I still remain a hugh fan of the man but I am also a realist and I kno what i saw and what i heard that night in Dublin and on the previous 2 album releases by the man.

Be true to yourselves at least if you can't be true when you write the reviews for the webpage
