Morrissey was looking great.
He was wearing paint-spattered jeans and his West Ham Boys Club t shirt.
He took that off at one point and put one on saying Canning Town Sauna Club.
Later he wore a white shirt and then another t-shirt.
He had a black velvet jacket on at the beginning and wore a shimmery
green/red one at the end for the encore.
He talked lots during the set. At one point early on he said,
"I hope some of you know the words, if not, Julia, will you sing along?,
something like that.
When he came on he said 'Welcome to my private club', because it was so quiet.
He said,' Is there anyone here from Letterkenny?' and there was dead silence
which was funny and he said 'Oh Well'. A guy jumped on the stage and
Morrissey said "Good boy, good boy" and then
the guy proceeded to try and rip his t-shirt off him.
Morrissey had to restart November and he said He looked so nice... I cant remember the quotes properly now.
Meat is Murder was great as was Trouble Loves Me. At the end he said, 'God bless you'.
The set list was similar to previously. He left out Lost.
There were only two or three rows of people at the barrier and the hall wasn't full at all.
I bought my ticket that morning and was in the third row.
It was a really good show and I think Morrissey enjoyed it.
He talked so much that it felt really like a private audience with him.
