Re:

Hey all this is some pretty basic stuff but I just spent 2 weeks travelling around the USA and each town I stopped at I picked up a few of those bits I'd been after. Nothing rare, just the bits you intend to grab sooner or later, and all of it dirt cheap!

1. 'The Best Of Morrissey' sealed US version in card slipcase;
2. 'My Early Burglary Years';
3. 'November...' US CD single;
4. 'You Are The Quarry' US version with cropped artwork;
5. 'Maladjusted' US white background version (BMG Direct Marketing edition);
6. 'First Of The Gang...' US card sleeve single;
7. 'Ouija....' US CD single;
8. 'Irish Blood...' 1-track US promo;
9. '....Paris' sealed UK/Europe CD;
10. 'Irish Blood...' US card sleeve single.

My favourite of that lot is the white version of 'Maladjusted'.
Ive been goin through the threads and just thought I'd highlight this one cos it made me feel really good about collecting, travelling and get pieces along the way. LOVE IT. keep on travelling................chatrooms, post, ebay and agents can only give you so much

Re:

Haven't posted many photos in the last few weeks, here are a couple of recent acquisitions...

Live in Dallas - Japanese laser disc (completes my collection of laser discs)

Very, very nice, I.R.! They look lovely together like that, and congrats on completing yet another sub-set. :)

anyway, didnt have the german marbled shoplifters have a badge on the frontcover that told about the coloured vinyl?
Or are they also been released without these badges?
I'm not sure about all of them, but on one of mine, the sticker/badge was actually on the shrink-wrap, so if that's the case, possibly many of them got lost that way? In any case though, I've seen quite a number of German coloured vinyl releases being sold without them.

A few new items for me:

Panic - Brazilian cassette single (still sealed!), and The Sound of The Smiths - USA 2xCD-R promo.

Suedehead - Australian 12".

Live in Dallas - Australian VHS (on the right, compared to the UK release).

Been on a serious buying spree lately....
Bought: "The Smiths: Songs That Saved Your Life" book; The Troy Tate Sessions CD; The Boy With the Thorn in His Sid/ Asleep- Rubber Ring on vinyl; The Sound of the Smiths CD; Hatful of Hollow on vinyl (because I could never find it when it came out, I settled for the cassette and then the CD); bought 2 Morrissey T Shirts (just in case The Nashville date is rescheduled!) WAITING on the Mozipedia; WAITING on The Smiths book of pictures. I think I'm over my manic spending spree!! Hey, 2 peas in a bucket, that's what I work for!
