Young Moz on WPTMIM

Watching it just now, and right at the end, after the interviews and just before the credits, there is a clip of some 70's kids just going in to Salford Lads Club, and then gesturing at the camera. One of the kids in the middle looks remarkably similar to the young Moz as seen in The Importance....could it be that's why the clip was included - was that young boy Moz?

I have to say I doubt it.
Whilst Stretford and Ordsall are not that far away, they are worlds apart in terms of Morrissey going there as a young lad.
Surely one of the authors on Morrissey and The Smiths or interviews would have revealed him as a member years ago?
+ The Lads Club have membership cards of every member since it started. They would have unearthed his card by now!

either i'm crazy or i'm just missing where the footage is on the dvd. is it after that last comment made by ken that closes the interview section or is it after the credits?

It's after the 2nd lot of credits AFTER the last comment by Ken.

Might it be the real young morrissey as a lad with a group of pals superimposed into the SLC? The things that computers can do nowadays..etc?

There's a chap [kind of androgynous/ Bolanesque looking] at the Royal Festival Hall making a point about Morrissey having a 'killer-combination' of qualities I think. And when I say "Velvet-jacketed" I mean that as a style - I can't recall whether he actually was wearing a velvet jacket, but dandys often do!
